Obsessive compulsive disorder commonly called as OCD is a
disorder that occurs due to anxiety.The best and most effective way to treat
and deal with Obsessive compulsive disorder is by using a combination of
medication and therapy.
Your therapist might also ask you to join a support group.
This would be advisable to help you get well quicker. A support group would
have people who are going through OCD or who have gone through it in the past
and have overcome it. They would be able to understand what you’re going
through and be able to connect with you and help you recover faster.
